You can use this website to request permanent deletion of your ingatlan.app account and its associated data even if you have already uninstalled the app.

Delete through your web account

If you can sign in, this is the fastest route. After sign-in, you will go directly to the existing Delete account section on My profile; your final confirmation starts ingatlan.app’s existing permanent server-side deletion process.

Effect of full deletion

What does permanent account deletion remove?

The existing server-side deletion process removes, among other data directly linked to the user:

  • the account and personal profile, including the profile-image association;
  • active sessions and push tokens;
  • phone numbers and email-change data saved for the account;
  • favourites, saved searches and hiding preferences;
  • personal notifications and interface state;
  • recent views and other personal activity data linked to the account.

Listings owned by the account become inactive and hidden, so they are no longer publicly visible.

Office or business relationship

For office memberships and business relationships, the existing server-authoritative permission, cascade and retention rules apply. Support resolves the related role and obligations before deletion; this page does not invent a client-side rule.

Limited retention

We complete the deletion process within no more than 7 days. Only the minimum data that must be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, legal claims or necessary moderation evidence may remain, segregated and subject to restricted access.

A conversation history shared with another participant or an existing listing record may remain only as needed for the other party’s continuity, safety, legal claims or moderation; the active account and personal profile are still removed.

Account deletion is permanent deletion, not a simple suspension.
